Clark University’s Department of Physics invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level to begin in Fall 2015. We seek a candidate with a strong interest in computational physics, with research experience in, for example, condensed matter, biological, or chemical physics. The potential for complementing current departmental research and collaborating with colleagues outside the department is desirable. The candidate is expected to establish a vigorous research program with both graduate and undergraduate students. A very strong commitment to teaching and mentoring is expected. The successful candidate will join a department where Albert Michelson and Robert Goddard once worked to continue a long tradition of excellence in research and education. Candidates should have a PhD in Physics or a related field, and postdoctoral experience is preferred. Further information is available at http://physics.clarku.edu/
