Applications are invited for a three-year fully funded SEDTC-CASE PhD studentship for a project examining the social contagion of motivation between adolescent peers through their social (friendship) networks at schools, supervised by Kou Murayama and Patricia Riddell (University of Reading). This is an interdisciplinary project combining developmental/educational psychology, network science, and neuroimaging; thus, the studentship will provide the student with great training opportunities to acquire these multidisciplinary research skills and knowledge.
