Cambridge Networks Network

The Channing Division of Network Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to work on interdisciplinary projects that involves developing approaches to construct and analyze networks with translational applications in biology and medicine. The successful applicant will work on developing quantitative approaches to integrate different types of Omics data (epigenetic, genetic, miRNA, RNA, etc) into gene regulatory networks, and on methods for analyzing and comparing networks for translational applications in medicine. The work will be primarily supervised by Dr. Kimberly Glass, but will also include interacting with a highly interdisciplinary team of researchers from both the Channing and elsewhere in the Longwood Medical Area.
