Polymaths is looking to recruit academic researchers as Associate Consultants.
We are a complexity science consultancy and we are looking to develop consulting solutions, science and technologies from a complexity perspective. Our consulting model is built around integrating top researchers from academia and industry to create innovation.
Consequently we are recruiting people to join our team of Associate Consultants. Associate Consultants work with us on mutually agreed projects. They continue their research in academia and work with us on a project-by-project basis. It is anticipated that some Associate Consultants will eventually join us as full-time consultants as we develop the company.
Our academic-industry research-consulting model is designed to enable doctoral and postdoctoral researchers to unleash their creativity by translating exploratory research into real-world applications.
We are looking for people who think differently about the world. They are the people who aren’t bound by conventions and boundaries, but rather they are people who see beyond what most people can see. They are passionate and intellectually curious spirits, who know they can make a difference in the world. They see how their work fits into the grand scheme of solving humanity’s greatest challenges.

We are looking for people who are either doctoral or postdoctoral researchers in any field, and who can also demonstrate their passion and understanding of the complexity disciplines.

We are looking for people who love the world of academia but are also attracted by the excitement of working in industry. Associate Consultants will have the flexibility to maintain both these roles whilst also having the opportunity to work on exciting consulting projects.
