We invite applications for PhD to conduct research in “machine learning and graph computing for discovering biological mechanisms of cancer”. The PhD project is fully funded (Home/EU tuition fee and living expenses) by the University of Birmingham and the University of Melbourne. You will work with Dr Shan He (the University of Birmingham, School of Computer Science) and Professor Karin Verspoor (the University of Melbourne, School of Computing and Information Systems). The duration is 3.5 years and you will spend 12 months at Melbourne and the remainder of the time at Birmingham.
