The 5th PhD School on "Mathematical Modeling of Complex Systems" will be held 20 - 30 July, 2015, at the Conference Center of the University of Patras, Patras, Greece.

Each applicant is asked to submit a CV, including a transcript of grades obtained in his/her undergraduate studies, as well as a personal statement explaining why the School will be useful to his/her current studies.
