Cambridge Networks Network

The Alan Turing Institute is delighted to announce a new round of the Turing Internship Network (TIN), a programme designed in collaboration with their business partners and in the aim of enhancing their training offerings for doctoral students. The Turing organises and facilitates matching between internship projects and potential applicants for the TIN, and the business partners host, supervise, and pay the successful interns. The internships are held remotely, in person or in a hybrid way.

The Turing Internship Network provides a fantastic opportunity for doctoral students to further develop their academic skills in a real-world business setting. The scheme is currently dedicated to doctoral students holding the right to work in the United Kingdom and whose doctoral studies involve a heavy component on data science, AI, computer science, mathematics, statistics, ethics and/or technology studies. The internship duration varies from 4-6 months and the interns must pause their doctoral work for the duration of the internship.

The candidate applications deadline is Monday 8 November 2021 at 11:59 a.m. GMT.
