Cambridge Networks Network
I am a theoretical physicist, with a strong interest in applying complex networks approaches to biological systems. I am currently a Research Associate in the Cambridge Brain Mapping Unit, working with Professor Ed Bullmore on graph theory analysis of brain networks (from both structural and functional MRI images). The main focus of my work is the PSYSCAN project, which aims to diagnose and predict psychosis trajectories.
Prior to joining the Cambridge Brain Mapping Unit, I completed my PhD in the Theory of Condensed Matter group, Cambridge with Dr Alex Chin. My PhD focussed on open quantum dynamics and building atomistic descriptions of complex, optically active materials (both biological and organic).
